As a villain, Tommy wears a red mask that covers his face that is described to look like a ‘KN95 face mask’, having a bright cherry red colouration along with black straps. The mask is also described as being made of metal. Two straps that go around his ears and a buckle strap that goes around his whole head. The mask also conveniently has a voice changer along with gas filtering. He wears red cargo pants that he would supposedly use to store bandages and gauze.

As the President of Democratic New L'Manberg, he looked to take matters into his own hands. However, this did not last long, as Tubbo easily folded under the pressure of both his cabinet peers and outside forces in an attempt to please his people and keep the nation safe.
