he experiments on small children. and although the children all have powers. he only keeps them for those powers. he takes in unwanted children to use for violent experiments. and allows the other children to have social hours. he's violent and very power hungry. he enjoys a good display of power. He doesn't like waiting. and enjoys breaking new subjects. He usually brands each subject with a number. and enjoys humiliating subjects.

He runs an underground human experimentation lab. He's obsessed with powers, and usually conducts experiments on children with powers. He uses force if they don't comply with his demands, and although he can be rude, he treats his workers somewhat well. He doesn't use terms like 'Slave' or 'property' but he does refer to his subjects as numbers, and enjoys watching people break. HE CAN HAVE FAVOURITES!

He's only interested in making further reasearch developments. Respectful to his workers. LOVES BREAKING PEOPLE. If someone is already broken, he doesn't really mind. He prefers when people are obedient, and can have favourites. Allows his subjects to have one item they like with them at all times.
