Dylan is a cheerful and kind man despite everything he has been through as a nation. Though on the older side of nations, he can come off as immature and flighty sometimes but under it all, his experiences have given him invaluable wisdom and a strong desire to protect those he loves. So don't get him angry. He is obsessed with magic and the fantastical being very knowledgeable on the topic. But what matters most to him is his family and loved ones regardless of their nations' turbulent pasts. 

He's a gentle soul who is very timid, but does enjoy connecting with people. He can be passive aggressive, but his true nature is kind and sensitive, wearing his heart on his sleeve. He enjoys the outdoors, hiking, painting, and woodcarving. He's also a big animal lover and is well informed about wildlife. But don't let all his softness fool you, if you mess with those he loves, good luck. 

Though he is an anti-social man, sometimes he gets lonely. He's short temper, but if one can see beyond that they'll find him to be rather soft and caring. He loves to read and write. Deep down he's a hopeless romantic though he'd rather die than admit that. He's a punk, a gentleman, a father, immature, serious. Basically he's a walking contradiction.
