The Rogan Commandos (also known as the AMS Rogan Commandos) are creatures that were formerly members of Thomas Rogan's secret division. They are enemies in The House of the Dead III.

A Jerk Jock bunny who appears to live to put Ozy into garbage cans—despite this, he still asks Ozy to complete his schoolwork for him. He's also assaulted other kids (including Millie) on occasion.

Millie's longsuffering mother. A lawyer and a single parent, she manages sometimes to be a step ahead of her daughter. One might imagine that once upon a time, before the weight of the world and law school slowed her down...ah well.

Felicia Laine is the "popular" girl, in spite of relatively little evidence that anyone of any importance likes her at all. Maddeningly, she's not always unintelligent, fixation on boy bands notwithstanding. She's every popular girl who ever teased me as a kid—and her species is no accident. If Millie has a nemesis, it's her.

Nurse Jacqueline Gazelle (or simply referred to as Jackie Gazelle) is the school nurse of Charles Darwin Middle School, who specializes in injection, which is her solution to everything. She is voiced by Grey DeLisle.

Millicent Mehitabel Mudd. A little fox tomboy (though she probably hates that term), ten years old, torn between her thoughtfully introspective side, and her destructive side. The hero of our meandering story.

Ozymandias J. Llewellyn. Our hero, more or less. Young gray fox child; serene, philosophical and an easy target. His name is from a poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley: "My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings. Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair."

Barbra's name works on two levels:

•A reference to the English nursery rhyme, Baa, Baa, Black Sheep, made in 1731
•It sounds similar to barber, a person who cuts or shears hair or wool 

(Other related sheep characters were later created to accompany Leggy: Peggy Lamb, a "naughty" version of Leggy; and Barbra Blacksheep, an even "naughtier" version of Leggy meant to resemble a thicc African-American woman. These three sheep form what is called the "Sheep Trio".)
