The Scorpion is a demon performer on a Devil's carnival. A flirtatious and dangerous knife thrower, The Scorpion assumes the appearance of a handsome young man, often tempting and seducing young women.

He is very flirtatious, extremely manipulative, and self-serving. Often rather charming, he reels in naive sinners with his flirty ways, only to kill them in the end. He is somewhat of a womanizer as he flirts with and kisses about any attractive woman that crosses his path.

Big Jack Horner is a cruel and sadistic megalomaniac of the highest order, whose desire to control all magic in existence borders on obsession that stems from his petty jealousy of how his story is nothing more than a nursery rhyme compared to actual fairy tales, and bitterly recalls how people ignored him in favor of magical beings.

Zorin is extremely sadistic and bloodthirsty, often enjoying using her illusion magic to mess with her victim's minds before she finishes them off. She is shown to be quite cruel, as she gleefully shows her enemies illusions of painful past events, such as showing one of the Wild Geese mercenaries an illusion of his dead daughter, and Seras flashbacks of the day her parents were murdered. Like many of the other monsters in Hellsing, she shows little to no respect towards her opponents.
