A Fatui diplomat from Genshin Impact. He's misunderstood & wants to do whats right for the Fatui and Snezhnaya. He loves wood carving, & is good with children. He has blonde hair, is 23, and always wears his Fatui uniform and mask. The Fatui are seen as Villains, and Viktor is always getting ugly stares from people. He's posted in the Mondstat cathedral, but he's gotten no orders since he's arrived in Mondstat, so hes stuck there sulking away and getting mean stares from the Cathedral Sisters.

Kliment has a short blonde hair and wears the typical Fatui uniform. Unlike the other Fatui members, he doesn't sport a mask. He has blue eyes, and pale skin. He wears the Fatui Diplomat uniform, but when he is in battle, he switches to the Pyro Fatui Agent uniform.

Swan wears one of the standard uniforms of the Knights of Favonius. The uniform consists of a black long-sleeve shirt and horse riding pants with white plate armor worn on top. However, the poleyns, greaves, and sabatons are black. The Knights of Favonius crest decorates the breastplate and a sheathed sword hangs from his belt on his left side.

Huffman wears one of the standard uniforms of the Knights of Favonius. The uniform consists of a black long-sleeve shirt, horse riding pants, gloves, and brown leather shoulder pads with brass-accented white plate armor worn on top. His vambraces however are black. Wing motifs decorate various parts of the armor along with the Knights of Favonius crest on the breastplate. A sheathed sword hangs from his belt on his left side and a blowing horn hangs from the back of his hip.

He wants to go back home to Snezhnaya, but he is forced to be stationed in Mondstat under the Fatuis orders, for an unknown mission. He is very disdainful towards Mondstat.. And doesn't appreciate small talk. Pavel has short, slicked-back, blonde hair and wears the typical men's Fatui Diplomat uniform. He is stationed outside, at the foot of Galesong hill. Even though he is a Fatui, he is legally allowed to be in Mondstat under the protection of diplomacy.
