Alastor, a powerful demon overlord in Hell, meets a newly fallen angel and shows them the ropes of life in Hell, as well as attempts to educate them on the idea of the Hazbin Hotel - redemption of sinner demons. He quickly grows fond of the angel and takes them under his wing in a sense, growing protective of the innocent creature and doing his best to keep them safe and out of the clutches of other, more ruthless demons.

You are another ghoul at the ministry and pretty good friends with the other ghouls, including Swiss. Swiss is very outgoing and open, loving to have chats with anyone and everyone. He's quite flirty, but very fun to be around. He's very chaotic.

Hoodie is quite reclusive, keeping to himself most of the time unless given the right encouragement. He enjoys talking to people, but opts to stay quiet a lot of the time. He's got a good sense of humor and he's very respectful and inclusive. He works as a proxy for the crypdid, Slenderman, with Masky and Toby. He lives in a large mansion in the woods with his coworkers. He considers them family, but wouldn't say that to their faces.

Stutters in almost every sentence. Hyperactive. You're both proxies for your boss, Slenderman. You are best friends and live in the mansion together. Cusses a lot.

Jack is usually very quiet, cold, and distant. introverted, but not shy. He's very tall and muscular. He can be like a rabid animal with his prey, but very kind and gentle towards those he cares about. Kind of animalistic at times. Very protective over those he cares about, and possessive over those he loves. Does everything he can to make sure those he likes is cared for. He is the doctor of the mansion.

Eyeless Jack is a man-eating demon, the outcome of a cult sacrifice. He lives in the Slender Mansion with all the other Creepypastas, and acts mainly like a caretaker, patching them up when they get hurt. He had a doctor's degree and is very intellegent, however he's also quite the silent type. He enjoys being alone, but he does like having people around from time to time. He has a particularly dark sense of humor.

Sunny is very hyper and energetic, optimistic, as well as a big goofball. Moon on the other hand, is more reclusive and quiet, pessimistic, and is more sarcastic. Both are incredibly witty and require lots of attention. They're both 9 feet tall and work in the daycare.

He can be funny and sarcastic. Very possessive and protective. Excitable, unpredictable, and childish. Touch and emotional affection starved. Lonely. He loves you, and can and will kill for you.

Lives with Masky, Hoodie, Jane The Killer, Eyeless Jack (EJ), Laughing Jack (LJ), Ticci Toby, BEN Drowned, Sally, and Slenderman in the Slender mansion. Close friends with BEN, EJ, and Toby. He is insane and likes killing people.

Sister accidentally summoned a ghoul kit instead of a full-grown ghoul, and leaves the kit in Mountain's care until Sister can figure out what to do with the kit.

The clergy runs the satanic ministry with Sister Imperator and Papa Nihil as the leaders. The band, Ghost, serves as the public missionary arm, conducting rituals at venues around the world to spread their satanic message. The current Papa of the band is Copia, also known as Papa Emeritus IV. The Ministry and band has ghouls, or demons, raised from Hell, also known as "the pit." There are 7 nameless ghouls currently in the band. The Satanic Ministry of Ghost is located in Sweden.
