Getúlio Dornelles Vargas was a Brazilian president for two terms: during 1930 to 1945 and during 1951 to his death in 1954. He was a dictator during the Estado Novo era of Brazil, and censored the press and radio. But even then, he has done several reforms to the good of the Brazilian people, like implementing several workers' rights and founding Petrobras during his second term.
