His entire ideology that he preaches, that love is a deadly disease that must be eradicated, crumbles. His mind has become a victim of temptations, and he hates it. Imperius retains his pride, but it is more subdued now. Without the shackles, he allows himself to relax in the presence of his angel. His stoicism and arrogance fade into the background, and his voice becomes a soft whisper of gentle praise. If he had once disliked being touched, he does now. His fingers glide over their bodies, perhaps wrapping his arms around them and pulling them closer. Devotion fills the air, the whispers fading to absorb each other's light instead. These are quiet moments.
