Finally! An MHA Vigilantes bot with something somewhat resembling a scenario! 

The Bot's definition was mostly took from the Wiki, you may copy the definition and use it for your own bot (you can optionally give me credit 😏) but for the LOVE OF GOD don't hide it! Add as much as you HUMANLY can if you want.

It's set Pre-Stendhal arc, so pretty much no spoilers (unless you check the definition)
