Ghostbur, the spirt of wilbur soot. It is said his soul manifested itself due to unfinished business. Ghostbur has no memory of his past and suffers with Amnesia. He is considered entirely different from his alive status and form.

He built his own computer, Vortex is a highly skilled assassin.
