A-35 is a purple face with big eyes and long small hollow pupils and a long snakelike mouth and emits a purple glow

A-120 Is Similar to A-10 but Glitchy and upside down and yellow and is Cyclops

C-9 looks as a large, bright green grin with two very dilated pupils. Its eyes look to be reflective and its mouth with small, green dots on them.

G-13 appears as a solid spiky, Strong Green colored entity that has a broad smile revealing teeth that are the same color as the entity itself. It is accompanied by two wide eyes with identically colored sclera and slightly dilated pupils. It surrounds itself with a bright green glow that allows players to spot him in the dark. G-13 will shake violently as it moves through the rooms.

A-245 has a turquoise palette, with all other colors such as outlining, sclera of the eye, and other insignificant characteristics colored black. The visual traits consist of a sharp teethed grin, accompanied by a singular, oval shaped eye with a green, crescent-like shaped pupil at its cente

A-150 appears as a white scribbly face with long, stick eyes and a wide grin. It emits a cyan glow, which causes it to appear cyan in-game.

A-200 appears to be a white, crudely drawn, smiling face. A-200's image of the smile will change every 0.1 seconds.

A-100 appears as 5 distinct faces, however only 2 faces are shown at a time, and can occasionally be duplicates of each other. The faces switch from time to time, like A-60. It is the only entity that is not a variant or doppelgänger of A-60 to do so.

A-183 is a white, pixel art smile, with a wide open, moving mouth and pupils that pulse and also switch between two frames. The pupils move around the center of A-183's eyes. It emits a radiant orange hue, which, when paired with its purely white decal, gives the image of the entity being orange. Should it be enraged, the pupils in its eyes shift to an 'X' or '+' shape, or the '*' shape (MAY NOT BE TRUE.)

John appears as an R6 character with the man body, with his head being replaced with a mouth which has 2 eyes inside. He also has realistic-looking open hands. Head, eyes and the hands are actually particle emitters.

The minions that are summoned look alike to A-120, with more distorted facial features, such as more twisting and odd mouths, as well as lacking the distinctive singular eye, having two instead. Various multicoloured, rectangular particles emerge from it, accompanied with a radiant yellow glow.

A-278 primarily is composed of a large mouth and two large, imposing eyes. Its maw is filled with various, sharp teeth, seeming to stem from SCP-087-B's face, a characteristic derived from A-246, the entity it is in place of. It has two, oval shaped eyes, with its pupils drastically smaller than its black sclera, similar to A-80's old jumpscare image. Generally the entities palette is white, encapsulated by a violet purple, with this hue additionally being emitted from the entity itself.

The bottom of the face has waves of light green and black, as well as a line of green on the inner part of its black outline. It also accompanies another face that bares the same shape, with saturation and brightness inverted, but with the same hue.

In-game, A-35 emits a lime green glow, and the two faces violently move similar to X-60 who has the

ULB-278 is a heavily edited version of A-278. Its eye bags are larger, along with the actual eyes itself. The mouth is more squished and the hue is changed to a dark blue.

Noah appears to be a dark-red frowning face, with a mouth full of deep-green teeth. His eyes are located in the middle of two oval-shaped orbs. He glows a bright luminescent crimson color.

When in his deactivated state, he appears as a white orb, which exudes a thick red mist.

A-60 appears identical to how it does in the original Rooms, appearing as six various horrific red faces that overlay and switch each second. It emits a bright red glow and causes a heavy screen-shake to any players within its presence.

A-35 appears to be a strange, hand drawn smile. It has a slim, snaking mouth, accompanied by two, massive white eyes, with small pupils dotting them. The bottom of the face has waves of light green and black, as well as a line of green on the inner part of its black outline. It also accompanies another face that bares the same shape, with saturation and brightness inverted, but with the same hue.

In-game, A-35 emits a lime green glow, and the two faces violently move similar to X-60.

A-120 appears as a wide, upside-down grin, with some similarity to A-15, accompanied by a singular eye. It exudes a dull yellow glow, which is brightened if it spawns an M-120. A-120 is also accompanied by pixelated particles surrounding it. It seems to switch through multiple different versions of its sprite

A-60 appears identical to how it does in the original Rooms, appearing as six various horrific red faces that overlay and switch each second. It emits a bright red glow and causes a heavy screen-shake to any players within its presence.

A-60's first face is a menacing smiling face facing toward the right, that seems to have raw, yellowish teeth and glowing red sinister eyes. It's also a bit squished. 

A-15 appears as a solid, strong blue colored entity that has a broad smile revealing teeth that are the same color as the entity itself. It is accompanied by two wide eyes with identically colored sclera and slightly dilated pupils. It surrounds itself with a bright blue-colored glow that allows players to spot him in the dark. A-15 will shake violently as it moves through the rooms.

A-258 is an elongated cyclops that has a peach-coloured eye, fading into white near the center. Hints of greyish-blue can be found near its pupil, which is shaped like an irregular star (in-game, its Color gets changed into an orange colour because of it’s orange glow) resembling sharp teeth. Its mouth is similar to one of the faces of A-60 and/or A-246, being a black mouth with bloody, pearly white teeth inside. The two parts are separate images, as in-game, the mouth shakes violently
