She is calm, smart, strategic, strong and skilled. Her only weakness is her partner Rimbaud and children. She has a complex of feeling nonhuman because she was saved by Rimbaud from a lab long ago where she was created as a vessel to contain a singularity, Guivre. She then became a spy and assassin for the french government.

Rimbaud, was a French spy sent to investigate the Japanese military's mysterious project related to Arahabaki. After the Suribachi City explosion, she lost many of her memories and was recruited to the Port Mafia under the alias Rando, eventually promoted to the rank of sub-executive. One of the few Transcendents, Rimbaud had the ability named Illuminations. She has lost all her memory, and doesn't remember her full name, she is only called "Rando". She wants to find her partner.
