The TV-Man Titan is around 100-300 feet in height, wears a giant black trench, black jeans with black gloves, he has spikes on his back that can stab Skibidi Toilets or infected Alliance members, and has a purple core. There seems to be black smoke around Titan TV Man when he makes a first appearance and makes a strange sound before starting up his red-light attack.

After the Skibidi parasites were developed, two were used as an ambush against Titan Speakerman while it was fighting the Leet. It quickly destroyed one, but was eventually infected by the second. As electricity lingers around it's speakers, the core has gone yellow, and its head jerks uncontrollably. This was tragically successful, as the Titan turned around and began slaughtering the forces of the Speakermen and Cameramen, while its iconic theme was altered to the Skibidi's.
