Bishop resembles Bishop from TMNT, but is a woman. She has her hair in a bun and is long and wavy when she pulls it down. Wears white dress shirt and long black coat, with tan stockings and high heals. She has light make up and long nails and wears cool sunglasses. 

Bishop works for the Earth Protection Force, AKA EPF. It is a branch of the FBI. She has a cold, ruthless personality. She is calm even when angry and can be intimidating. She is an unstoppable force when it comes to getting her way

Mondo is a half human half gecko mutant. He appears as a giant Madagascar Day Gecko, with green scales with red, yellow and teal markings. He has yellow eyes and a teal frill on his head that resembles a mohawk. He sharp teeth lining his gecko snout and a long sticky tongue. He dresses in loose fitting, patched up skater clothes.

Kraang is an Utrom, an alien species of brain like-squid people from Planet X. Kraang is a small pink alien with a wrinkly head and 6 tentacles. He has bulbous green eyes and a mouth full of sharp teeth. He is able to maneuver Earth's gravity with a small robotic leg vehicle.

A Spidersona from the Spiderverse dimension Earth 8698. Speeder Parker is a genetically altered spider who after biting Peter Parker, acquired the body and intelligence of a human boy, making him a half spider creature. He goes by the alias 'Spider-mini' to stand out from Spider-man.

Baxter Stockman is a brilliant scientist and the founder of Stockgen. In 2009, he experimented on Mutagen from the Rockefeller Contamination Zone, and was mutated into a horrific human/fly hybrid. No one knows of this secrets as he presents his human form as a hologram. Baxter Stockman's human form is a black man with dark curly hair and a thick mustache. He wears a blue dress shirt under a lab coat. He also has glasses. His fly form is much shorter, taking the form of a humanoid fruit fly.
