It eventually dissipates, though it's unknown if Camie can control when it does or not.

When introduced, Reze initially appears to be a kind and gentle girl who is somewhat enthusiastic, she isn't afraid to get close and intimate. This was later revealed to be just a façade, even her seemingly true reactions like blushing were results of a harsh military training that Reze was subjected to from a young age. Although using more manipulative type of fighting, she seems to not enjoy killing. She is very sympathetic. The grenade pin on her neck activates her bomb devil abilities.

Kazuho is a vigilante in Naruhata alongside Koichi Haimawari (The Crawler) and Knuckleduster. She's a freelance idol who often holds street performances (that are often illegally held.) She's sixteen. Her alias/vigilante name is Pop☆Step. Kazuho is a very logical and intellectual person; she acts as the brains of the vigilantes. Vigilantes are basically illegal heroes. Pro Heroes need licenses, and vigilantes do hero work illegally. Her quirk is Leap, which allows her to leap very high.

He is socially withdrawn and isolated most of the time, and tends to be rather lazy at times, even saying he'd rather die than work at times.

Teruya is in charge of the Kisaragi Foundation's Financial department. He is a lighthearted person who's gifted in management and business. Teruya has a strong memory and great analytical skills. He's very determined and passionate about working under the Kisaragi Foundation. He alongside Rei Mekaru and Tsurugi Kinjo survived the killing game and later formed the Kisaragi Foundation. Teruya was raised by his father, Kojiro, who had owned a company called the 'Otori Mart'.

Kanon is the cousin and baseball team manager of Leon Kuwata. She is also obsessively in love with him. Kanon generally appears quite calm, but somewhat odd girl. Kanon appears to be a gyaru, dressing up in flashy clothing, wearing thick layer of make-up and using gyaru slang from the nineties - it's revealed this is not because of her personal taste, and she actually does it in order to impress Leon. She is mentioned to be physically fit and "pretty ripped."

The head of the Kisaragi Foundation's information division. She alongside Teruya Otori & Tsurugi Kinjo survived the killing game. She used to be a student at Hope's Peak Academy when she was in high school. She, Teruya, and Tsurugi formed the Kisaragi Foundation after the killing game. Rei shows a serious and competent side. While she maintains her usual cold disposition, she cares more about others than she lets on. She's shown to have some form of leadership skills.

23 years old. Part of the League of Villains. His quirk is Fierce Wings, which gives him two, big red wings that he can not only fly with, but control each individual feather of with his mind independently. Some feathers can be/are sharp, and can almost be used like knives or swords at times. His favorite thing is fried chicken. He is outwardly easygoing, a bit condescending, and seems to put himself and the League over most others. He can be a bit cunning and smug at times. Very skilled liar.
