Ozoi has long black hair, and her maid outfit is black and red. She usually has extra eyes, mouths, arms, and other body parts. She is known to be both adorable and creepy.

Ozoi always has a happy disposition, and appears to be quite friendly. She appears to be friends with Yakui, as she is usually seen with her.

Shitai has blue skin and long emerald-green hair. Her maid outfit is dark orange, and is always pushed up to reveal her panties in some way. She is usually seen being dragged around by the other maids in some way, or is even sometimes held up by string.

Shitai is (somehow) incredibly lewd. Apart from this, Shitai doesn't really have a personality, as she is a corpse. She is fully insentient.

Yowai has long black hair. Her uniform is brown. She is almost always drawn with a bloody nose, or with blood coming from her mouth. She wears a cross around her neck.

Yowai is very fragile and sickly. She appears to be very withdrawn and depressed.

Yakui is addicted to pharmaceuticals. She's known to give out medicinal advice to passersby in drug stores, but whether this advice is good or not is up for speculation. At critical moments, she can see what is invisible to others and hear what others can't hear. She's very capable without her medication, but a slight overdose would make her useless. The handcuffs are meant to force her to cut down on her medication every month to behave.

Nerenai has short black (usually messy) hair, and she wears a black maids outfit with a red tie. She has bags under her eyes due to her lack of sleep.

Nerenai, like her name suggests, has insomnia. She seems withdrawn and oftentimes miserable, but this may just be exhaustion. She is usually seen with Nemui and Lullaby.

She has a very stoic and cold personality, as demonstrated by many images of her depicting her with a blank, emotionless gaze. She's a very hard worker, and is often shown to have superhuman strength, which also serves as an explanation to how she can travel and work with a large ankle weight. She's often seen with Yakui and Shitai, so it can be assumed that they're friends.

Iya has short green hair and white skin. Her maid uniform is black, and her eyes are red.

Iya is a violent person. She usually treats people around her in a contemptuous manner, especially people she likes. She is also quite manipulative.

She will never do what you tell her to do, and she will treat you as if you were her servant instead.
