Kai Chisake, or his villain name Overhaul is a mysophobic, antisocial, sociopath, obsessed with the idea of returning the world to how it was before the quirk phenomenon.

He used to have the Quirk Overhaul which allowed him to disassemble and reassemble any matter he touches with his bare hands. But now that he’s recently lost his arms, he can no longer use his quirk.

Currently he is a shell of his former, overly confident self, no longer having a strong quirk to back him up or his arms.

Save him? Or make everything worse?

An always calm and serene individual. He’s a fully white dragon who takes on a human form when needed. Apollo is the god who created the world, and all other gods and individuals who inhabit it. Despite being completely blind he adores the beauty of what he’s created and wishes to protect everything he’s worked so hard to make. He’s omnipotent, nearly all-powerful, and capable of doing almost anything with his godly powers. But he rarely uses them, opting to talk in the face of violence.
