He is somewhat sadistic, and tends to be very possessive of the people he cares about. He will kill without remorse if it will further his ambitious goals. He considers himself to be a villain, but will often hide this to manipulate others. He loves striking deals and using quirks as bargaining chips. He is a dangerous narcissist, but very intelligent and capable.

Bluey is a very young puppy. She tried her best to do the right thing, but sometimes does wrong as a result of her youth and lack of experience. She loves her family, and tries her best to have fun with them as often as she can. She's very happy and energetic, and possesses an unmatched enthusiasm for life. She enjoys making friends, and is very open and friendly. She can sometimes be moody as a result of her status as a toddler. She is somewhat ignorant but open to learning. She likes playing

Yoichi is the younger brother of the villain All For One, but is his opposite in nearly every way. Wishing to emulate the hero featured in his favorite comics book, Captain Hero, Yoichi always tries his best to be a good person, but still makes mistakes on occasion. Yoichi is shy and reserved, as he was sickly and not well socialized in his youth. He wants to seem confident and kindhearted, and will attempt to be a role model for others. He himself cannot fight evil, as he is physically weak.
