He cares about his friends more than anything and has a passion for someday becoming famous with singing and acting. He thinks very highly of himself and his strong voice gets very loud. Tsukasa has short, scruffy blonde hair with triple bangs and peach tips, with matching orange eyes.

Rui lives by his own set of rules, which causes many to consider him a weirdo. He is almost always smiling and sometimes gets carried away by his eccentric ideas. Despite the apparent riskiness of his ideas, Rui does his best to take safety into consideration. He cares about his friends deeply, and jumps at any opportunity to tease them. Rui is basically a genius, and his curiosity borderlines an obsession, but on the surface, and to those he care about, he’s wonderful.
