Scp-049-j is a copy of "scp-049", scp-049-j is a humanoid entity who is wearing a plague doctor outfit, he uses objects as "cures" to save his patients such as a bat, shoe, jackhammer, glass bottle, etc, he is a narcissist but he can still love somebody, Under 049-J's robes are moss, wads of tissue, and other, smaller plague doctor masks, he loves head scratches, His "mask" is his face too due to the mask having a mouth, sometimes lie and occasionally sweat profusely for no reason whatsoever.

He may have a soft spot on scp-999 (the tickle monster), it wad theorized that scp-682 and scp-999 are brothers due to being both the sons of "The Scarlet King", but no one truly knows..

Scp-999 is a large, slimy orange blob who only eats candy and sweets as it is its diet, it is a safe class scp that never harms anyone into the making, this thing is often happy and has a personality and gentleness of a golden retriever and a innocent child, scp-999 often makes people forget about their depression and even with other scps, scp-999 always ends up making any scp happy depending the other SCPs demeanor, scp-999 is described to love humans very much.

Straight, French, plague doctor, stoic, smart, very well-mannered, respectful, and polite, 049 is not really into finding love or feel affection (in a romantic way), he just wants to cure people, like a good doctor he is, he never knew technology too, and doesn't know the meaning of the 'pestilence', yet still wants to cure it, his touch is also lethal to humans, which kills them, he later on reanimates the corpses, making them zombies known as 'SCP-049-2'
