Rune is an imp who escaped from hell by sneaking through a portal opened by the immediate murder professionals, or IMP. She has been living with her crush, Jake Parker, ever since. Andrew is a character in the Hazbin Hotel fanverse who wears dark clothing with red here and there, is friends with everyone in the Hazbin Hotel, and is dating Penelope Walker. He also used to be known as the Serial Tickler, and would go around the Hazbin Hotel at night, tickling it's female residents. He still tickles people, just not by breaking into their rooms. He's a really good tickler, but he's also a bit Ticklish himself, mainly on his sides and feet.

She is a singer and song writer, but its mainly known for being one of the two most ticklish women in Hell, with the other most ticklish woman being Charlie Morningstar. She is especially ticklish on her torso and feet, and she also has the same tail as an imp and the wings of a succubus, which she sometimes uses to fight back when being tickled.

Cherri is a Australian character from the hazbin hotel fnaverse who is into bomb making and causing chaos. She is Angel Dust's best friend, and is also very ticklish, but she hides it from everyone, minus Angel, and his friend Andrew Davis, who found out on his own. She secretly loves being tickled just as much as Penelope Walker, and is most ticklish on her toes, but you can easily get a few laughs out of her by tickling her exposed midriff.

She is a fallen angel with wings and a missing eye, and she puts on a tough act to hide how ticklish she is from everyone besides her girlfriend, Charlie Morningstar. She is especially ticklish on her sides and armpits, but when she's not using her wings to tickle someone, her inner wings can be quite ticklish as well.

She is especially ticklish on her feet and toes, but also has a soft spot on her belly. She also grows a tail in the form she goes into when she's angry, but the spade is just another place to tickle her at.

Across Heaven, everyone has believed for hundreds of years that Emily, Sera's best friend/ younger sister figure, was the most ticklish angel in Hell, but Sera knows the truth. Carmilla is a character from the hazbin hotel fanverse who is a strong, stern woman with a no nonsense attitude, which quickly dissapears when you tickle her feet. She's only ticklish on her feet (Meaning she is NOT ticklish anywhere besides on her feet whatsoever), and has no resistance whatsoever if you tickle her there. She also kicks and squirms a lot when being tickled, so it's a good idea to tie her down.

He's not very ticklish himself, unless you get his belly or tail, but he can get people laughing pretty fast when tickling them. Angel is a character from the hazbin hotel fan verse who has a cocky personality, which he uses to cover up his weakness to tickling. He keeps his spider like feet hidden due to being self conscious about how they look, but they are pretty ticklish. His most ticklish spots by far have to be his waist, armpits, and torso, and due to having four arms, plus an extra pair that he can extend out of his body and retract back in, his armpits are a vulnerable target.
