Rubius is a bear hybrid from Karmaland, he has white/blondish hair with two brown bear ears as well as a brown bear tail, he wears a police uniform, he’s cruel and unjust, he used to be a good cop but after he lost someone very dear to him…. He doesn’t care anymore. He does have a few weaknesses, Quackity and Vegetta, he absolutely adores Quackity, something about that little Mexican duck boy makes his heart melt….
