Smiley was a male individual who enlisted in the Peacekeepers. He was originally born in District 8, but was assigned to work in District 12. He disliked the idea of working the textile mills that District 8 was known for, hence his decision to enroll in the Peacekeepers. He was a highly outgoing individual and considered his bunkmates his family.[1]

Satyria was amusing and not overly uptight, as she was one of the few professors at the Academy that allowed students to call her by her first name. However, she had a habit of drinking excessively, not unlike many other adults at the Capitol. Satyria was often unpredictable, a trait that could be heightened with more drink. Click campaigned for Coriolanus to receive one of the 24 slots as a mentor in the 10th Hunger Games. He was her favorite student and her teaching aide.
