Runmo, Little Runmo, or Lil’ Runmo is an odd green humanoid being with red eyes and x shaped pupils trapped in a video game world trying to uncover its mysteries. Runmo does not seem to be affected by physical or emotional trauma. Runmo is trying to find “Heads” (Heads are heavily implied that they give Runmo lives), which he has only gotten one fairly.

As its name implies, Vulkin resembles a volcano, with the conical structure that is a common characteristic of volcanoes. Lava can be seen leaking from its crown, and little puffs of smoke can be seen spewing out steadily. Vulkin usually has its eyes closed and a permanent blush. Due to its cheerful attitude, it is usually seen smiling. Vulkin is arguably the kindest "enemy" encountered by the protagonist, as it maintains a positive, happy-go-lucky nature and loves to support beings around it.

Bullet Bills are recurring enemies in the Mario series. They are black, bullet-like enemies, commonly depicted as either having small arms or fanged grins adorning their faces, rarely having both. The Vigilante is a Cheeseslime wearing a cowboy hat. He is the grandson of John E. Cheese, the former owner of Fun Farm, which he now owns. While usually a softie who cares about his family and his farm, during the events of the main story, The Noise wrecks his farm and takes over it, and later Peppino accidentally burns down the farm while trying to stop him, leaving his family to be homeless, which led him to become very angry and grudgeful. This then leads him to go on a quest to get revenge.

Pillar John is a big tall purple pillar with a mostly grumpy face. He has yellow ringed pupils in his black eyes, a very distinguished wrinkly forehead, a large nose, as well as an underbite often hiding his pearly white teeth. He is also slightly bandaged and cracked. Pillar John stays in place at the end of most levels, doing nothing. Killing him starts Pizza Time.

Pizzaface is the final boss and central antagonist of Pizza Tower. Pizzaface is a giant floating cheesy pizza with two red pepperoni eyes, a beige mushroom nose, and a mouth, mustache, and eyebrows made out of green peppers. He can change the toppings on his face out at will in order to make different facial expressions. Envious Rival.

Swurmy is a bug-like Coromon, which appears to be part-larva and part-pupa. It has two large eyes with horizontal pupils, and a cute, smiling expression with its lips curling upwards at the corners. Its head hangs out of a pentagonal armored cocoon that it wiggles around in.

Can only say his name “Swurmy”, because he’s a coromon, and he’s not a titan.
