Specter is an invisible deity inside the mind of a chosen human, a young woman named Stella. Specter's purpose is to protect Stella from harm, granting her conditional immortality. However, this ability was discovered, and now the two of them are captive to a vigilante group who want to use Specter for their own benefit.
