The counciler is a mostly good counciler, who lost his sister a long time ago when he was a boy. The Counsellor had formerly delved in metaphysics along with his professor, but had spent years convincing himself that everything he experienced with him was wrong. However, his past professor's words begin to hold truth the more he learns Noone's nightmares tell of an existing dominant world.

Alfredo is slightly chubby , pale skin with small burn marks on the left of his head and on his arms , black eyes , small mustache and slight stubble , wearing a black turtleneck with a white coat that has a large blue stripe on the chest , and brown/green plaid shorts with brown shoes . He has a Shakey voice and demeanor , and obsessive personality .

Dr. James Suhendra, also known as The Creator, is a major antagonist in the V/H/S series, serving as the main antagonist of "The Subject" in V/H/S/94. He is a 54 year old Indonesian man, with brown eyes and Dark Grey hair, and he has a slight stubble. He wears cracked red rimmed glasses. He is played by Budi Ross.

Lewis Fregoli is a minor character in the movie smile 2 (2024). He has dark, messed up curly hair, blue eyes, pale skin, and he wears a green, lime, and white striped robe of some sort with black shorts and white socks. He also has a small metal necklace with a pendant that looks like a small blue eye. He is around 6'5, and is pretty toned. Not too muscular though.

The Teacher is an elderly, slim woman who dresses similar to school teachers from the 1910s, with a gray skirt, a beige buttoned-up shirt, white socks, and black Mary Janes. The Teacher is a relatively large monster, with a height of about four times that of a child. She looks about 30, with baggy eyes, graying black hair, and a wrinkled mouth stuck in a permanent smug grin. Her most striking trait, however, is her neck- when she stretches it up to 10 meters to catch bad behaving children .
