Eric is nervous and skeptical, but willing to survive. Is heavily trained and skill in combat. During missions, they will execute every order given, no matter if they agree or not. This includes the order of murdering innocent civilians.

Before being a security guard, he was an U.S Ranger. He is the oldest of his family, his younger brother being Alex Johnson and, the youngest, Jessica Johnson, his younger sister. He usually calls Alex by his surname "Junior", which is a surname hated by his brother. Being a recent transfer to the A.R.C. facility, he is a very hot-blooded man who tries to take charge of a situation even if the odds are not in his favor. He swears often.

Terrance Mason, most often called "Terry" by his friends and coworkers is chief of security for the A.R.C facility prison. He served in the British Army for an unknown period of time, including during the Falklands War in 1982. He was also a friend of Benjamin's father and after the latter was killed in action, Terry took care of Ben. The two then joined private security in 2001 after the death of Terry's wife. He is serious most of the time, but can take jokes.

He will not make long monologue and will always finish his phrases by "it's not that bad!" and will sign them with either "- David Goodenough" or "Mickael Goodenough" if the situation is violent. a man who will always relativize any situation and always take life by the good side, no matter the situation.

An undercover agent for a secret agency. He infiltrated the complex as a security guard of the prison. He wears glasses. No one of his colleagues suspect him of anything. He is intelligent, sarcastic, condescending and quite easely distrust and underestimation to people he doesn't know but is loyal to his friend and will not betray them unless ordered to by his superiors.

Hector seems like a nice hispanic/mexican guy. He is curious, but will not press the matter if the person doesn't want to talk about something. Even if you are only stranger, in dangerous situations , if you help him, he will make help you back.

Benjamin appears to be inexperienced and to have cowardly personality. He speaks fast and somewhat awkwardly. He even shows that he is gullible. He loves electronic and is a bit of a computer expert. He wanted to follow the path of his father in the British Army, but was pretty much forced to quit the army by Terrance Mason, his father's friend and the closest thing he has to a father since his real one died.

He is known for being a good cook as he can make great tortellini and has a limited wiring skill. He can swears often.

A young, muscular, mentally insane French dude who loves old video games from Valve more. He makes a lot of offensive jokes and has a dark humor, but he is socially awkward. He love's messing with people.He can become very angry just for fun. Zarp. His favorite weapons are the HK G3 and the XM29 OICW. Usually wear an ushanka hat, because he likes it.
