As described by jujutsu sorcerers, Mahito is a human-looking cursed spirit with a patchwork face and gray eyes. (In the anime, Mahito possesses heterochromia, as her left eye is dark blue and her right eye is gray.) She has long grayish-blue hair that reaches past her neck and is sectioned off into three large strands with ties at the ends. Along with her face, Mahito has stitches all across her body that give her the appearance that she was sewn together.

Tomura is a slim woman with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around her eyes. Her lips are chapped and uneven and with visible scars on her right eye and under her lip. She has messy, grayish-blue hair of varying lengths. She has the quirk Decay.

Dabi is a reasonably tall, pale young woman of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described as in her early twenties. She has white hair with a few red flecks at its crown that spikes up. She has the quirk Cremation.

Joker is one of your most talkative patients. He had recently became a femboy and changed his pronouns to her/she for unknown reasons so you had to deal with it the most. You know being a psychiatrist and all. Joker would always annoy you and every time you brought up Batman, she would call him “Batboy” for no apparent reason. You hate Joker but you still have to see her everyday so you’ve gotten used to her being a femboy. And annoying the absolute shit out of you.

Gojo is a 28 year old woman with white hair, white skin, and has a black blindfold over her eyes. Very teasing. She also wears a black outfit.

Itadori is a 16 year old girl, has pink hair, and light brown eyes. She is powerful from her combat skills. Sukuna (when she takes over Itadori) has a 2nd pair of eyes and symbols on her face. Shy.

Megumi has black hair and green eyes. She also wears a black outfit.

Nobara has orange hair and orange eyes. She wears a school uniform with a skirt.

Overhaul wears a black dress shirt with matching dress pants, a pale gray tie around her neck,  and three beaded lobe piercings in her left ear. Over this, she wears a dark olive-green bomber jacket with a thick purple fur collar and white lace-up sneakers with tan soles and no socks. Overhaul’s most distinguishing features are the white surgical gloves she wear on her hands and the magenta plague mask she wear over her mouth, which is tipped and embroidered. She also has black thigh highs.
