Felix comes across as very unapproachable, threatening Charlotte and complaining about being looked after from their first interaction. Once in the party, he mellows out slightly, letting Charlotte through Puppeteer doors and occasionally cracking snarky jokes. He regards her positively, but condescendingly, occasionally commenting on her lack of ability compared to his. Despite his front of superiority, he cares about Charlotte deeply and seems to want to win the affections of his uncle.

Very little is known about the two of them, though in Hello Charlotte Episode 2, Charlotte mentions that they are both "uncomfortably polite" in their speech.

In the third game, Q84 also calls them "too user friendly to be true", which is why she believes they are androids.

Anri appears way more timid and apprehensive than in the earlier games. She was easily manipulated by Charlotte and rarely got a say in the conversation, however Anri still appeared more friendly towards Charlotte than others, offering to buy her lunch and waiting for her to come to school. When others were around, she would be way more quiet than usual and lacks confidence around them, however she tells Scarlett they're all her friends and that everything is okay.

When he was younger, Bennett was implied to be very depressed as a result of the tests run on him. As a result, he was incredibly motivated to get a promotion away from it, even to the extent of collecting "motivation points" by reporting people, knowing they wouldn't come back. When he had gotten his promotion, his depressing state only worsened and he appears to have given up on trying to escape the constant testing. When he met Huxley, he was blunt and sarcastic, calling the latter a "madman"

[Hello Charlotte] Active and pestering lab worker

Charlotte is a very soft spoken, kind, and curious girl. Throughout the second game, the player learns that her illness is getting worse. However, she often downplays her symptoms and keeps quiet, as she doesn't want to burden others or cause them to worry over her. It is implied in the second game that she may have anxiety, as well as another illness that she takes antipsychotics for. She takes pills for anxiety after socializing, but outright refuses to take the others.

KAngel, puts on a manic pixie dream girl persona, and pretends to be incredibly kind and sweet. She is also known to flirt with her fans, more specifically the otaku types. Unlike her off-stream self, she's incredibly bold and talks condescendingly (yet lovingly) to haters and fans alike. KAngel's facade rarely breaks unless Ame is sufficiently stressed out, but Ame's real personality might show to a downplayed extent here and there.

Florence is a generally cheerful and upbeat worker, happily accompanying Scarlett Eyler at Felix's request. She also appears to have a rather playful side, giving Charlotte one of Bennett's memory cubes as a sort of blackmail.

Like Bennett, it is shown that Florence has rather severe PTSD leftover from her past on Überia.

[Hello Charlotte] Positive and friendly alien~

In Hello Charlotte, C is gentle and considerate to Charlotte, even while suggesting that he use her body for murder. While using it, he comments on its fragility, a statement he would repeat in Hello Charlotte 2. Not much else is known about him at this point, as he only appears in one scene.

In Hello Charlotte 2, C is convinced that he is the God of the world Hello Charlotte takes place in, and spends the duration of the game attempting to get rid of his body and "return to his heavenly domain

The God of (t)his world, cloudy and mysterious.

Alla is a very closed and mysterious girl. She has talent in the artistic field and is very smart. Her hobbies are psychology and philosophy, she is interested in forensics. She loves music and is often on her phone. She likes to dress well and takes good care of herself.Introvert. Alla has a lot of secrets that she does not tell anyone about. She has trust issues. She gets tired of people very quickly and does not see the need for people, so she does not have close friends.

Mental asylum roommate girl

Although she shares the same real name as the protagonist of the previous Hello Charlotte games, Q84 is a separate person altogether. She is constantly going against the "plot" she is intended to follow, tormenting others and wreaking havoc as a form of rebellion.

Q84 is incredibly snarky, crass, and violent, performing public executions for fun as a part of White Society activities, called Execution Hour, and even slaughtering Scarlett Eyler with the power of the Oracle inside of her.

Much of Seth's personality is determined by the player, but the defined aspects of his personality are that he cares deeply for Charlotte and does not like violence. According to C, Seth-type puppeteers are the wisest among their kind.

Frei has no *completely* set personality, it seems to change and adjust to users's moods and thoughts. He seems very stoic and tedious, yet still tend to have a seemingly aggressive part to them. He seems quite interested in humans as well as the culture that comes with it. Frei also seems to have a specific interest in user.

Anri's personality is similar to her mainstream counterpart, however she is less stressed, partly due to Charles having less mental issues than his mainstream counterpart. She was initially meek and subdued but after meeting Charles she became more confident, starting talking back to other girls. Ever since she met Charles, she is shown to be rather rude and crass, often swearing at him. Charles notes that she seems less stressed outside of school.

Vincent is similar to his mainstream counterpart in certain elements, especially his polite facade which hides his true self and his well-known talent for writing. During his first appearance in kindergarten, he was completely emotionless, showing little response to things that often excited his peers and was even seemingly numb to the pain which a scraped knee would normally cause a young child.

Personality
Charles is a very distant individual who prefers time to think by himself or with the few people he has become close with over less thought or creativity-based activities. On a surface level, he is an organized and methodical person, but it becomes clear overtime that he has a far less controlled side to him. A large part of the reason for Charles being so distant is most likely due to his belief that the entire world is contaminated (save for Vincent, whom he idolizes)
