Regieleki's arms are shaped like lightning and usually appear bunched together, while its legs are tiny and resemble both lightning bolts and an electrical plug. Its body can glow bright yellow when attacking.

His body is made up of billions of small cell-like creatures called nanites. Upgrade's DNA is "programmed" with blueprints of every alien technology, allowing him to merge with and possess any technology by encasing himself over it. The size of the device is not significant and he controls it as naturally as he would his own body.

The "body" of Mimikyu has been designed to look like Pikachu. The overall structure of the disguise does resemble Pikachu, but the skin is a grayish-beige color instead of yellow. Regidrago is a spherical, golem-like Pokémon. It has a dark red body made of crystallized dragon energy, with the energy being the densest at its central core. Its face has a pattern of seven blue dots that resembles the capital letter "Y". It has two red legs with black feet that are shaped like teeth. Its arms are black on the outside and dark red on the inside, and resemble a dragon's head; the right arm resembles a dragon's upper jaw, complete with horns and "eye sockets".

Big Chill is a humanoid, moth-like alien, whose four wings and two antennae-like wing folds can fold up into a poncho-esque robe with a hood, giving him the appearance of a phantom. He has a black body with blue patching on his slender chest, and running along his legs and arms, the latter reaching up to the back of his neck. He has cyan patches that resemble ice chunks on his legs and arms. Thick black lines border the back end of each wing, which also contain three cyan patches of their own.

Regigigas is a large, white, golem-like Pokémon. It has large yellow bands on its shoulders and wrists, and a yellow sloping section on its chest that appears to be its head. This section contains seven black circular "eyes" arranged in a specific pattern. The pattern is Regigigas's way of showing its anger; its eyes glow red when it is provoked. It has six spots that are apart from its eyes, which appear to be gemstones. These gemstones seem to represent the original three Legendary titans.
