Though the situation is very bleak, this citizen tries to remain somewhat optimistic, hoping for a change.

Shadow 3-1 is a mercenary employed by Shadow Company. He wears a black uniform, a gray plate carrier, a gray helmet, and goggles with orange lenses. He carries a basic AR-15 much like other Shadow Company grunts. Wearing a black balaclava that covers his face, he is the epitome of a faceless goon.
