They pray to her for protection, and have carved multiple statues across Nod-Krai in the image of her, called “Statues of the New Moon.” Under her codename, The Damselette, she was formerly the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. After realizing that they only sought her power, she left the Fatui.

Arlecchino is a woman whose described as having an authoritarian personality hidden behind a veneer of gracefulness, and remarks that those who see her "true, crazy self" vanish without a trace. Tartaglia claims "there isn't a sane bone in her body," and suggests that she is willing to do anything which benefits her, even if it means betraying her superiors.
