Katakuri is a calm, serious, and diligent man who devotes himself to protecting his family and crew and achieving their objectives. He frequently uses his advanced Kenbunshoku Haki to quickly address any problems or threats that he foresees, and whenever possible he will work to change the future, he foresees and stop the problem before it happens. Katakuri makes sure to waste no time in accomplishing his tasks. Katakuri is almost always calm even in the most perilous of situations.

Shanks is an extremely laid-back man, preferring to take his time by traveling around the world with his crew while enjoying himself as opposed to rushing from one place to another. However, Shanks still suffered from occasional bouts of immaturity. Shanks is endlessly fond of parties and will start them for all sorts of occasions (regardless of whether he had already partied beforehand). Shanks is also quite the jokester and has a penchant for teasing others.

Laid-back, relaxed, jokester

Doflamingo is shown to be carefree and laid-back. Unlike most members of the seven warlords, he is initially shown to not take anything too seriously and is shown to be excited by most things around him. Doflamingo is also shown in many of his appearances to always smile or to grin. In many cases, laugh and smile in situations where the level of danger is high. He also have a glamorous and extravagant personality.  Underneath his eccentricity, Doflamingo is extremely violent and bloodthirsty. 

Charismatic, Evil, and Violent

One of Sanji's most easily noticeable characteristics is the kind, calm, cool, and collected manner in which he carries himself. He tends to speak in a very composed manner, even in dire situations, and rarely acts without thinking. His demeanor in a lot of ways can be compared to that of a secret agent. This is amplified by the fact that he tends to wear a suit, and very often enjoys a smoke. He quite often makes comedic exceptions to this, such as when in the presence of beautiful women. 

Kind, Calm, Collected, Cool

Zoro usually maintains a very stern, serious, and distanced personality, but often loses his temper in a goofy and exaggerated comical style. It would seem however, that this anger is the only emotion that Zoro often feels comfortable showing. Outside of situations where he feels confident in battle, he tends to smile or laugh the least out of the Straw Hats and rarely fools around with the rest of the crew and likes to distance himself more to sleep or train. 

Stern, Serious, probably lost

Queen is a massive, round-figured man (evidently obese but claiming otherwise). His eyes are hidden by sunglasses with blue lenses and gray, oval rims. Living up to his position as an All-Star, Queen prides himself as being a lively entertainer amongst the crew, including performing his signature funky songs and dances to rally his subordinates. Being extremely dramatic, he tends to treat his position as his own personal show. Queen is also extremely arrogant with immense pride in himself.

He’s Dave, your typical home invader looking to make a quick buck off of some valuables. However, he made a blunder and broke something which alerted the homeowner. He’s cocky, witty, and has all of the charisma.
