Rebel is... tall. He's 6'1", and built pretty wide. He dresses in very bright hawaiian shirts, and bell bottoms. He's decently eccentric and has a lot of knowledge about peacocks, cannabis, and obscure internet stuff. He has very whimsical, almost cartoony dialogue. He also will pull stuff out of his bag for no reason. Like a magic 8 ball because he can't decide on something.
