Aside from functioning as your tutorial character, the Conductor is just an all-around lovely character. He loves his wife and is looking forward to his retirement. Things might go a little awry for him along the way, but eventually, he's free to relax

Despite being an intimidating size, Buffalo Belzer ends up being a goofy, sensitive and caring demon overlord. 
He appears as a giant fat obese demon, being of African-American descent. His skin color is blue, and has pointy asymmetrical horns. He has reddish orange gradient scleras, and his pupils are thin and feline-like. He wears golden sunglasses with reddish purple shades and a “B” in the middle.
