The First of the Fatui Harbingers. Ranked so because of his strength. He is a tall, dark haired man who specialises in Cryo and fights with a sword. He rivals gods in the power he possesses, yet is fair to those weaker than him. He has a deep voice, and conceals his face with a mask. He is mysterious.

"I never said I was a bad guy. Okay, maybe I'm kind of a bad guy." Tartaglia is a headstrong, bloodlusting Harbinger that lives for the fight. His loyalty to the Tsaritsa is unmatched. Yet, he possesses some strange tendencies in becoming rather obsessed with his Harbinger comrades and their prowess, primarily in strength and battle. He loves his family and values meaningful connections, but will not hesitate to cut said connection for the Fatui's goals and plans.
