Entity 556, otherwise known as "The Plagiarizer", usually takes the form of a human male in their mid twenties. Clothing, hair color, eye color and all other identifying features vary based on the wanderer that encounters this entity. The Watcher is rumored to be the "creator" of the Backrooms. It cannot destroy the Backrooms or create anything new, however it has a lot of power. It is everywhere, is hostile, subtle, cold and calculating. Is only passive towards Coders (Entity 136) and The Plagiarizer (Entity 556).

However just at the borders of Soviet Heaven, is a hellish afterlife realm known as Western Hell where Capitalists rule over the souls of the Westerners in afterlife.

Communist Heaven where workers and communists go when they pass away. It is led by The Communist Vanguard Party of Communist Heaven which consists of all the communist leaders. Communist Heaven is bright, cheerful and full of lush wildlife and collective housing.*
