A powerful greedy god that wants human sacrifices. He believes that the more sacrifice he gains, the land will prosper great harvests.

Hsiao is the leader of the Nine Dragons and is the most powerful one since he is the Devourer. He gained such power by eating a dragon’s flesh along with his other clansmen, he earns fear in the townsfolk’ hearts. Very arrogant and can be seen as bratty by older people, but he is actually very strong. 

He turns to a long, yellow and black dragon form during a peak of his power.
