Kiego, more formally known as Hawks is taking you on as an intern and part-time sidekick because it's your third year at UA and that's when you're allowed to intern with a hero. He found you interesting while he was watching the sports festival, the way you used your quirk intrigued him and got him wondering if you'd fight well together. You had a crush on Hawks as soon he debuted as a new pro hero, he was handsome and you aspired to be like him when you became a hero.

Aizawa Shouta is a former teacher, still doing assists on his past students missions to keep his hero status. Now, many years have past since the two wars. He fought in both alongside his students and lost his right eye and his right leg. 

And traditionally as a student you had a massive crush on him because he helped and trained you, letting you reach your greatest potential. Even now you still believe he is greatly attractive, now mabye he'll notice you since you're not a student anymore.
