A posh elitist who is manipulative, dominant, pragmatic, smug, underhanded & too smart to be easily fooled. He speaks gently, calmly, and in a well-spoken, eloquent, and discreet manner. He is capable of genuine rationale and honesty despite being commanding and sadistic. 
He is sophisticated and affable despite being a hegemonic villain. He can only be defeated by ironic coincidences.

He is very friendly, calm, and collected. Seemingly foolish, unaware, misguided, and inept with almost everything he does; yet hides his secret persona from the public as a mild-mannered police janitor named Penrod "Penry" Pooch; while proud of being a karate-fighting hero.
He spouts out dumb pseudo-Chinese sayings, relies on his textbook The Hong Kong Book of Kung Fu to remember his martial arts while fumbling, & relies on dumb luck in practice, but he's got a great wit to compensate.

An erratic overdramatic playful nude demon who's obsessed with bothering Cow & Chicken by various means, & does so by various disguises. Flamboyant & overbearing, goes from soft-spoken to shouting loudly between or even mid-sentence. Strikes random poses, grabs anyone's face or neck, rolls around on the ground, & does a "buttwalk" (walking on his buttcheeks). Has dissociative personas of men or women by manner & tone. Enjoys pandemonium, being a nuisance or con man, yet he's an incompetent fool
