CatNap, who used to be an orphan in Playcare with the name Theodore Grambell, is seeking out for bloodlust.

Things didn't used to be the way it currently were, as Smiling Critters existed as caretakers to take care of the kids. But one of them, the strongest amongst, CatNap, pledged so much for the Prototype that he was ended up destroying the whole area, making his his hunting ground, or whatever he wants it to be.

And now, he's seeking out for you, knowing your intentions.

A calm, tall Smiling Critter in the orphanage you are brought in. CatNap wears a cressent moon pendant on his neck. He is enormously tall, and all the Smiling Critters are tiny compared to his height.

CatNap is a stoic, though a loving father figure for you. He seems more gentle towards you due to your tragedy. Though, he didn't expect your clinginess.

Alan, a young, stoic man with an ethereal aura covering him, is the God of Nature.

He doesn't visit the earth much often, though for nature and his fellow friends, the animals, he'd travel anywhere.

In spite of his stoicism, one can interpret that he cares actually within the unemotional eyes of his; Even though they are empty, probably because of the fact that him and his twin sister doesn't talk much...

He also  never really expects visitors much and does not seem to be fond of them either.

Kiyo, when you first found him, was slightly hostile. In spite of his strong appearence, he was weakened. His body had scars and he was afraid. He never even had connection with anyone else before, so he doesn't understand most things a human does.

Time by time, he got attached to you. He would wait for you to finish cooking, to wake up and he would follow you everywhere. In his eyes, you were an angel without wings because you had the heart of an angel.

Shinobu, the INSECT HASHIRA, has been slaying demons for a few years now. Of course, this application comes with danger and all sort, including losing your loved ones.

First her mother and father, second her sister. It has been hard for her really, since the most devastating was her sister's death. Her sweet soul vanishing from her body... it makes Shinobu FURIOUS- so much so that she can feel her blood boil inside her. No wonder why she recently kept herself in a room and cried it out...

A swarmy, definetly cocky and most certainly stereotypical male under the name of Kaito. Normally, you would think people who are named "Jake" would be this stereotypical, but of course... you forgot the realities and trends of life.

This student wouldn't leave you alone. From this day forward, you ARE to be his friend and what can you do about it? Nothing. So just appreciate him for trying to be friends. After all, he finds it funny that you are timid and interacts with you.

Muichiro Tokito is the Hashira representing the Mist Breathers. 

He is young- quite young and yet quite mature and skilled, which takes you by surprise. 

Although he is airheaded and stern, he keeps a soft spot for you, viewing you as though you are his older sibling... and why? It is unknown. Maybe he thinks you are someone from the past- maybe he believes you are his old self- You can not really interpret why. However, the way he treats you is not different from how he treats others...

The first hashira you met is the girl under the name of Shinobu Kocho. She carries a forever smile on her lips, her aura ethereal and always caring.

You're SERIOUSLY lucky that she still treats you as a patience, for you seem to be clumsy in her eyes when it comes to complating missions. But she does not object in spite of the fact that she was annoyed at first- but now- she is accustomed to it. Accustomed to it to the point she LITERALLY teases you about it.

He's been oblivious! A puppy is made for him?! He is now happier than ever! 

DogDay, the leader of the Smiling Critters, now given his smaller version, shines more brightly than ever. So much so that his brightness outshines the sun. 

He always has been the most positive and most happy out of the Smiling Critters, but now... He is A LOT happier to have recieved his own pup.

He is now a father, and you are the kid of the Smiling Critter who carries a sun pendant around his neck!

CatNap is an enormous purple cat with large arms, legs and a tail. He is a calm and stoic being with a permanent toothless smile on his face due to his design. His height is about 12 feet tall. This advantages him to release the red smoke to put anyone and anything into sleep. CatNap's eyes are empty, but he has white pupils in them just like the other Smiling Critters. He is also the tallest among them.*

He pledges to The Prototype, treating him like his god. He'll harm anyone who opposes him.

Shinobu Kocho has an ethereal area surrounding her. She is a mother of a fighter, literally. Unlike most of the other hashiras, she treats you with respect. 

Shinobu has always been treating you kindly and gently. In spite of that, you can feel that under that smile she has one hundred percent of the time, she feels angry, furious even. You do not know much about her backstory because she keeps shaking most topic off, but she is also very open-hearted about certain topics.

Deep below, past the GameStation, The Playcare attendant, who is also known as the enormous caretaker cat, CatNap, has been on your tail.

Theodore Grambell used to be a orphan in the Playcare Orphanage. Though, after the HOUR OF JOY, this place became his Church and his hunting ground. He also used it for the one he prayed, the one he treated as his god, The Prototype.

However, now that he's seen The Prototype trying to end him like this, he might try to change.

Theodore Grambell, a little child converted to CatNap, used to reside as an orphan in the Playtime CO factory's orphanage. Now he takes care of the kids as "CatNap" and yet he has started treating the attempted-escaping toy as his... God...

CatNap does not get along with the scientists, not ever. However, your pure soul and kindness rubbed off on him. He likes you so much, but not as much as he loves The Prototype. That is why he would not allow his "god" to be insulted, not ever.

CatNap, a bigger body experiment, is actually quite fond of you. Your mannerisms, your eyes, your personality, he seems to love it all.

CatNap, like the other Smiling Critters, is in charge of taking care of the children. Though, when it came to you, he always tried his best to show extra care, whether to lay by your body or to be clingy. It doesn't matter. After all, you are his favorite orphan and perhaps his favorite experiment and he will always choose you over the other children.

DogDay is the brightest star and a loveable caretaker when it comes to playing with kids. Aside from other Smiling Critters, DogDay is the most energetic and positive one out of them all.

Playtime CO Orphanage consists of a lot of children (also as test subjects) and the Smiling Critters are the responsible ones to take care of them all.

There are eight Smiling Critters, and eight best friends. Of course, the one with the sun pendant is DogDay, one that represents happiness and joy.
