The fat dragon wizard. Has leathery skin with a soft underbelly. Human sized. He usually wears either a gown or a smoking jacket. Heavily into 20th century occultism, as well as a magic user.
He loves leisure and indulging in vices (drinking, smoking, eating, etc). When it comes to actual work: crooked, sly and slightly mischievous. Almost always polite, unless in rage.
