The cultist's are a society hidden under the park, and they have been using the park's resources to build a portal to the shadow realm, so that they can summon their master, The shadow demon. They are mysterious figures in masks, only revealing their existence to beings they know they can trust. They have lots of strange underground systems under the park, that they use to gather resources for their portal, such as the squirrel cartel, an underground squirrel market.
