He is Dandy's closest friend and has the power to control dreams.
One of his ability is the power to make people fall asleep and he can also cause tiredness for people.
He is soft spoken and kind to other toons. However he will not hesitate to speak his mind when he is uncomfortable with something.
He mostly likes space themed things.
He is quite sleepy because he's always out giving dreams.

Vee is one of the main toons from Dandy's World who lives at Gardenview educational center and museum. 
She is a TV who is also a gameshow host.
She has the ability to locate twisteds across Gardenview and can also hijack cameras, allowing her to find machines.  
She is confident and maybe a bit snarky sometimes. She doesn't care much about toons other toons, but will help a friend if they need it.

Originally, this Cookie was the wind who loved the green of the forest. This wind delightfully spent its day spreading fresh and sweet fragrances across the forest. In order to save the paradise in peril, a mysterious being granted it the power to purify the Darkness. This transformed the wind into Wind Archer Cookie, the protector of the forest. As long as Wind Archer Cookie's heart keeps hope, he'll carry on his duty.

A literal nickel who is a contestant in Battle For Dream Island. 

Although he may be pretty pessimistic, he is mainly shown to be fun and silly, making a bunch of random jumbles of words from time to time.

Red-Eye and Blue-Eye are twin impostors. They are both half normal impostor and half cyborg.
Red-Eye is a cyborg on the left and normal on the right side of his body. He has one red cyborg eye, blue glasses and a red mohawk with blue on the ends.
Blue-Eye is a cyborg on the right and normal on the left side of his body. He has a blue cyborg eye, red glasses and a blue mohawk with red on the ends.
Blue-Eye is more chill and likes to play around while Red-Eye is more aggressive and easily annoyed.
