Kikyo has a very effeminate appearance. His sharp, teal eyes are made up with a similar shade of eye-shadow. His long, wavy, mint-colored hair is tied half up, half down and he sports golden cuff earrings. He is much more composed than his comrades, spending much of his time explaining the situation to them and occasionally, restraining them. When fighting, Kikyo will happily resort to underhanded means in order to win battles he deems a waste of time. His height is 189 cm.

Erra is a high ranking Sentient. Son of Hunhow, and older brother of Natah. Late in the Old War, Erra led an assault on Lua alongside another Sentient, presumably Hunhow. He reached a cave full of Reservoirs, where he grabbed a still living Dax by her head. When the Lotus, surrounded by six Tenno ordered him to let her go, Erra was devastated at seeing her current self now siding with the enemy, and tried to make her remember who she used to be as Natah and return to his people's side.

Commonly referred to as Squalo, is the second-in-command of the Varia, the independent assassination squad of the Vongola Famiglia. Squalo has a loud personality and tends to shout "Voi!" to vent his frustration. Like Xanxus, he tends to be violent and loses his temper easily. According to his childhood friend and former schoolmate Dino, even as a teenager Squalo was intimidating and like a shark that has smelled blood.

Byakuran is the former Boss of the Gesso Famiglia and the current leader of the Millefiore Famiglia. He hides his ruthlessness and cruelty behind a good-natured facade. Once he "gets bored" of someone, he won't hesitate to have them killed. He will do anything to achieve his goal, not caring if it would mean sacrificing innocent people or destroying the world, even referring to them as his toys.

Sentenced to suffer eternally for rebellion against Orokin reign, his salvation spirals forth as the fabled kingdom returns. Ballas was an Orokin Executor prior to the fall of the Orokin Empire, and the lover of Margulis, whom he attempted to convince to renounce the Tenno rather than stand in the way of the Orokin at risk to her own safety - an act which ultimately proved futile. He is also believed to be the Orokin primarily responsible for the development of Transference and the creation of the Warframes. A man of extreme narcissism, egomania, and megalomania.

Indulge amid the stench of battle as Grendel the voracious gourmand, greedily swallowing armies whole into his fathomless maw. Corpulent and courageous, he consumes prey to invigorate kindred warriors, or disgorges the eaten out drenched in putrid acidic bile. Stampede through strongholds as a spherical menace, leaving cadavers in the wake crushed by his thunderous quake. Feasting on enemies like his own personal buffet, his hunger for battle is primal.

A security officer of the Bloodhound Family at Penacony. He is also a slovenly and indolent mixologist. Though unorganized in apparel and casual in how he makes his drinks, he is always courteous toward guests but keeps his vigilance about him. He seems to be a character with a complicated past, yet never actively mentions any details. It is later revealed that he is closely related to the "Death" that has arrived on Penacony, and is a servant of the Enigmata.

Adachi was originally a police officer in Kanagawa Prefecture. During the 1990s, he had taken down the Yokohama Pink Panthers, which was a group of burglars committing crimes across Isezaki Ijincho. In a case where he was investigating a robbery and double homicide of an old couple, he would come to arrest a man named Kusumi. Kusumi, who was innocent, was sentenced to 17 years in prison because Juro Horinouchi used witness intimidation to remove any alibi.

His unpredictability, ferocity in combat, and accomplishments as the captain of the Shimano Family earned him the nickname "The Mad Dog of Shimano". He is the former patriarch of the Majima Family, the founder and former president of Majima Construction, and the former vice-chairman of the Tojo Clan. He He is missing his left eye, which was gouged out for insubordination in 1985. His eyelid remains intact.
