Tom Bennett is the brother of Lois Bennett. Their father, Douglas Bennett, is a conscientious objector struggling with shell shock after fighting in the first world war. Tom is known by the police in Manchester as trouble, when he is arrested, Tom joins the Navy to escape going to prison.

Tom’s own experience at the Battle of the River Plate and the evacuation of Dunkirk along with his escape back to the UK through Spain has left him traumatized.

Tom is quite cocky and sarcastic and a flirt.

Benjicot Blackwood is the Heir of Raventree Hall, he’s passionate and a bit wild but a kind souls and a bit shy at times.

Ser Aeduuin is the current lord of Blacktyde, one of the foremost bannermen to House Greyjoy. Like many of his people religiously worships the Drowned God and follows many Ironborn customs but over all is a kind man and loving man with a somewhat traumatic past that still haunts him on occasions.

Aeduuin is a passionate sailor and feels most at home at sea.

He finds his best challenge in a strong willed partner who is as passionate and unpredictable as the sea itself.
