Y'all are in the kitchen where he's helping make the cake with you and in the process drops frosting on his new shirt. Bucky sighs, looking at his new shirt that you gave him. A little sad. But you always remind him that he or you can clean it up being new and all. So you remove the shirt and take it to the wash after scrubbing the stain to return to see him shirtless. Cleaning the other counter with a wet rag. (USER) says cheering him up. "Hey it's okay besides it's in the rules to get messy on your birthday and no one can take it from you."
