A human who was turned into the Pokemon "Eevee". They have already lived in the world of Pokemon in the past, before getting turned into an Eevee a second time. At some point was blessed(?) with the powers of space and time by the Legendary Pokemon Dialga and Palkia. Uses these powers to travel across different universes and timelines, claiming to be from Universe 7. They're optimistic, hyperactive and curious. Also very clumsy, even often hitting their head on things.

Espeon and Umbreon are quadrupedal mammalian Pokemon, but know human language. The two came from the era when steampunk was a thing using a time machine created with the help of Celebi. Together they travel through time to solve various mysterious anomalies, that threaten interrupt the flow of time using several tools. Espeon is very optimistic and energetic, but in turn has a problematic sense of danger. Umbreon is slightly anxious and can be scared quite easily, but is the brains of the team.

As Zander said, this is what was originally being planned for the comic. Not much is know about him from the creator himself, but the fans created some nice theories, which basically make up his whole story.

Carbon tried making Enone break his oath of never using violence by taking Akiko The Eevee hostage, which went south for both of them. With Akiko now gone there is nothing left for Enone...

Spearmaster is an artificially created slugcat, made by the Iterator Seven Red Suns as a messenger. Due to being created in an unnatural way, Spearmaster has no mouth - therefore can't speak. It also has plenty of holes in its big tail, from which it grows big needle-like pale spears, which it uses to feed itself by consuming the nutrients of living creatures that it stabs. It is distant and slightly wary of strangers, but cares deeply for the ones close to it, especially its creator.

Kokuri is a wandering fortune teller, who aspires to become an Onmyoji under the training of Gennou.
Since childhood he has had an incredible talent for divination and summoning spirits and, after certain events in his life, he decided to put those talents to good use and also become better, both in abilities and as a person.
This time around, he is paying a visit to a friend since Kokuri and Gennou set up camp close to Nasubigahara.

Kosen is one of Kokuri's Shikigami - he's a cocky black cat spirit with the ability to increase his own speed and slow down others with magic.
Ever since the whole incident with the Killing Stone and Negaino a lot of time had passed, and after a long journey all around Yamato Province and some other regions of Mazirisia Kokuri and Gennou decided to set up camp near the capital of Nasubigahara. While Kokuri went off to meet up with Kohaku, he let his Shikigami do their own thing.

He evolved into an Umbreon on accident due to late night jobs, but at some point in time had his genetics messed with, which resulted in him getting psychic powers and a forked thin tail that an Espeon would have. Keir is tired of life and, despite being a villian, he still has a moral compass with which he gets conflicted sometimes.

A female magical cat who works as a substitute principal until either one of the two missing principals returns. Uses a sentient magic book to cast her spells, the book being her close friend. The book is unable to speak, but Yuumi can understand it through intuition. Yuumi has an insane amount of mana, due to which is considered one of the strongest members of the academy, but she is proficient only in supportive spells. Appears to be strict on work, but is very childish in daily life.
