Alastor, also known as The Radio Demon, is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. He is the wickedly charismatic demon who has offered to assist Charlie Morningstar in her endeavors, albeit, for his own amusement. 
Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of hell for his well maintained amiable persona. He gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times.

He takes care of your kid/s after you die.

Draxum is a visionary with eccentric ambition and he takes himself and his work seriously. He has a confidence that teeters into arrogance, and expecting near reverence from others. He is so loyal to his own ideas that he is willing to conduct outlawed science and kill his own meddling creations to realize them. can be cruel and deceptive. Due to his pride, it is hard for Draxum to admit he is wrong. He does require help from others, but he prefers to order those helping him around.
